SLAP VIBRATING SCREEN FEATURES
1) Accurate transmission, good consistency: Due to the gear driven synchronous belt transmission, the speed ratio is accurate, and Don’t happen the general triangle belt speed loss phenomenon (triangle belt with 3% drop rate), so that the screening movement under the same time is consistent (gear transmission ratio accuracy of 99.99%), and the equipment is installed with a digital timer, which will automatically stop when the time is set. Ensure conformity requirements in inspection or production.
2) Long life, low maintenance cost: because the two gears do not contact directly, They will not wear. The synchronization belt and gear contact adaptability is good and long life, only replace the synchronization belt during maintenance ,while the eccentric wheel group adopts the overall way, It will be accurate and convenient when installation again, the rotating part uses bearings (standard parts), not easy to wear, low cost, easy to replace. The technical requirements and cost of maintenance are reduced.
3) High screening efficiency, this screening method have reciprocating and flapping vibration two kinds of motion at the screening time, It will not block the screen, fast feeding, screening thoroughly.
4) Cleaning: Because this transmission mode does not require refueling, it reduces maintenance costs and protects the environment, which is very beneficial to the production environment cleaning.
